our name. ACORD is an amalgamation of who we are, a community of respect and dignity. It is our mission to nurture our community of individuals, providing a safe and secure environment of people who share similar challenges. We reinforce self-respect and self-esteem by empowering all to pursue daily happiness and personal dreams by increasing independence. This will to help overcome obstacles and expand life skills so they may experience employment, a comfortable home and recreation while celebrating their successes.
