Any delays or closings will be posted on WTNH Channel 8 by 6:00 am. We are listed under the school closings. You can also click here or go to www.wtnh.com and we will be listed under School Closings.

EXPLANATION OF WEATHER TERMS

Open-No Transportation

This means that ACORD will not  be providing any transportation in the morning or in the afternoon. ACORD vehicles will not be on the road.

 

Delayed Opening (time stated) - Transportation

All employees are expected to arrive at the specific delay time. We will use an ACORD vehicle when providing transportation. Transportation begins as specified delay for that route's normal start time. For participants who have their own transportation to ACORD, they are expected to arrive at the specified delay from their normal arrival time.

 

Delayed Opening (time stated) - No Transportation

All employees are expected to arrive at the specific delay time. ACORD will not be providing any transportation in the morning or in the afternoon. ACORD vehicles will not be on the road.

 

Closed 

ACORD is closed. Employees and participants are not expected to report to work.

 

PLEASE NOTE: for participants who will not be attending for the day or for any questions. we respectfully ask that you call the PROGRAM as listed below and NOT the main office.
